So, I'm almost done. I have a lot of reorg to do because I've converted my garage into a finished DR. Just have to put my house back in order because the garage was my storage and now my house is a wreak. But at least I have my priorities in order. 
Darkroom complete with SS Sink, great bang on water panel, film drying cabinet and perfect Jobo ATL-2300 for B/W, E-6 and C-41.
I should be ready for guests and knowledge sharing in about two weeks.
