Settings for Flash Cosmic 35M ?

Hello all,

I have a family night time event coming up and wish to use my Cosmic 35m can anyone give me any idea on settings for flash photography ?

It is central leaf shutter. Flash will works at any speed. Depends on camera model, you might need cable or it has hot shoe.
If it is classic flash it might have exposure table on the flash.
