i just picked up one of these and all the links online for PDF manuals are dead. Doesn't even look like Beseler has them on their site, which seems odd lol nowadays for something you can still buy.
Anyone have one?
I need to know to setup and in what order.

I've got one if you want to PM me with an email address, I would be most happy to oblige. I LOVE my Beseler although it is only a 23CII-XL (I will send you the 23C III-XL tho). Cheers! Sam

If you do a search here on APUG there is a thread for this enlarger from Feb. 19, 2010. Use the enlarger name and model and search titles. On that thread the first link does not work. If you use the second link (post #2) it will take you to a sight in French. Scroll down and you'll eventually find a pdf in English for this enlarger. Unfortunately you have to download each page separately, but hey, at least its a manual!

I also use one, and like it a lot. There well made, and used by a lot in photography class darkrooms. You should be really happy with it.
Ya, seems popular and well made. Handle for elevation is the only thing I think is a little cheap feeling, but I could probably find something to replace it with just for fun one day. It's got even more adjustments than my Omega Prolab II that I am repairing right now. That one seemed like I was going to be going a few steps back with a 23c III, but this one let's me align the negative carrier to the baseboard. Couldn't do that with the D5500 prolab chassis aside from shims. For medium format it seems like a deal.

If anyone in AZ needs one there is a Catholic school in Tucson who closed their darkroom. They still have about 8 of these left in seemingly good condition. $100 got me the enlarger with a Gralab 450, 4in1 easel and a grain focuser (that fat grey bazooka style I could never figure out how to see grain with lol). Got a Saunders VT1400, 8x10 contact, and a couple negative carriers for another $80. Was worth a 3 hour trip IMO.
