I also use one, and like it a lot. There well made, and used by a lot in photography class darkrooms. You should be really happy with it.
Ya, seems popular and well made. Handle for elevation is the only thing I think is a little cheap feeling, but I could probably find something to replace it with just for fun one day. It's got even more adjustments than my Omega Prolab II that I am repairing right now. That one seemed like I was going to be going a few steps back with a 23c III, but this one let's me align the negative carrier to the baseboard. Couldn't do that with the D5500 prolab chassis aside from shims. For medium format it seems like a deal.
If anyone in AZ needs one there is a Catholic school in Tucson who closed their darkroom. They still have about 8 of these left in seemingly good condition. $100 got me the enlarger with a Gralab 450, 4in1 easel and a grain focuser (that fat grey bazooka style I could never figure out how to see grain with lol). Got a Saunders VT1400, 8x10 contact, and a couple negative carriers for another $80. Was worth a 3 hour trip IMO.
