I have a Seneca 9 5x7 and would like advice on to whom to consider sending it for repair. It needs, most likely, nothing more than CLA.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

What exactly are you planning on doing with your Seneca 9? If I am not mistaken, it's one of those selfcasing cycle cameras, and approaching about 100years in age. Are you looking for a "cosmetic" repair for display only, or something a little more serious to put the camera back into service (in which case the already mentioned R.R. would be a good choice)?
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend using these cameras for regular shooting other than maybe the odd photo during a Sunday afternoon drive. They are rather fragile to begin with (the insides, not the box itself), especially the triple extension models like your no 9.
