*** selling darkroom equipment ***

Hey guys,

I'm looking to sell my darkroom equipment and would like to post it in the classifieds section but, I don't see a "post new thread" button. Can someone explain why?

Are you sure? I just went back to the Forum page, then clicked on Classified For Sale, and a Post New Thread box is in the top left. Is your membership current? You might be blocked from doing this if it is not.

I think you must be a "subscriber" to post classifieds. I see your post identifies you as a "member." That is probably why you can't post there.

I believe you have to be a SUBSCRIBER in order to post in the classified forums.

Just got a PM from another helpful member saying that I had to be a paid subscriber to post in the classified section... $24/year, he thought. Small price to pay to re-home my Jobo CPP-2, Bronica SQ-Ai system, light meters, and mounting press. I'll pay the subscription and post soon.

And don't forget that, when selling large/heavy gear, it's helpful to indicate your general location.

I did a paid subscription yesterday but, am still waiting to be approved by admin. I read that Sean is working a day job again, so approval may take a few days. But, I'll get a thread going as soon as I have permission to post.
