Seeking thoughts/literature/anything on Sunpak Auto 144d

I was just given this flash and would like to play with it on my AE1 Program. There are a bunch of setting I don't know what to do with though. Anyone here have opinions or advice, or better yet a manual for this flash?

and scroll to the Sunpak 244d - I'd imagine the 2 are very similar
