seeking "sister schools"

Once again I seek direction from y'all. I am trying to establish a sister school relationship with university level photo programs outside the US. Initially this would simply involve an exchange and exhibition of student work. In this way students on both ends can see what other students are doing and can photographically experience another culture. Hopefully this will evolve into exchanges of students, profs etc. Perhaps some of you are or know profs and administrators in schools that would be interested in this idea. This is my initial research attempt at this. The more schools the better.
