Hey there,
I am trying to use a roll of Epson COLD PRESS NATURAL paper (305 gm) in a SURE COLOR T5270 technical printer but when I look for the icc profile of this paper specifically for this printer I do not see that it exists. My question is, what are the alternatives to configure a paper of the same brand as the printer other than the option of choosing the configuration of a similar paper. I was wondering if there was any shortcut or other alternative to take advantage of the benefits of paper.
On the other hand, following the printing steps indicated in this video, for thick media such as cardboard, the "Enhanced Poster Board" option appears disabled in my photoshop. Does anyone know how I could activate it? I have tried to communicate with someone from the EPSON technical department but due to the speed of their response, I think I'd better wait for Godot.
I get that these are newbie questions but I am grateful for your help guys
