Does anyone know if replacement pads are available that will fit the 200 model? Or even better, whether the 210 pads fit?

I can't answer your question directly, but the pad on my Model 210 measures 18" x 22"; I suspect that it would also fit a Model 200. A slightly too-large pad could easily be trimmed.
