Seagull TLR repair

Hi! I mostly use my Yashica Mat 124G and I love it. I recently had Mark Hama service it. While visiting my parents they gave me a Seagull camera (4B I think). My parents said they last used it when they were teenagers going out on dates, so it’s been.. a while. Is there someone who can CLA a Seagull?

If you are handy, you can watch some YouTube video and give it a go yourself. They are fairly simple devices. And I doubt any professional camera technicians will work on them at a reasonable cost.
