I'm totally psyched! Not only did I get a Pentax K1000 dent and scratch free, either Japanese or Hong Kong made, I stopped off at my local arts camera and found they had 2 100' rolls of HP5 Plus, outdated since 08' in the freezer for 34.00 per roll. Prior to I was looking at trying Artisa edu film, but I got the stuff that I have used and liked.

I can only wish my wife was as excited as I am.

Pentax K1000 is a great camera. You might check out KEH and get a few lenses.

I am very excited for the k1000. It will have the 2.0 50mm attached. Maybe in the future a 28ish mm will be joining. I am familiar with its rep and 21 year mfg history. This is not my first film body. My other is a Elan II with my 50mm 1.4 attached. Not gonna lie, it makes me nervous carrying around a 400 dollar lens as my carry around camera.
