The lens is in good physical condition but the shutter and glass both need to be cleaned. Everything from 1/15 down to a full second is slow and gummy, from 1/30 up to 1/500 seems OK and usable for black and white or color neg.
When shining a bright light through the lens, there is what looks like smearing that is yearning to be wiped down. It is a bit different than internal fogging which is an even disbursement across the lens. This looks like wipe marks. There is no mildew inside or scratching or marks on the front and rear elements.
