I have one of these but am looking for a second one. If you have one available in good shape with no functional issues please message me with pics, any condition info, and your asking price.

Note: I’m aware that there is currently one on eBay but it’s pretty drastically overpriced compared to what I’ve seen them go for so hoping to find a good one here among the community.

I updated your thread title, because most of the world knows this equipment by the manufacturer's name - LPL.

It occurs to me that this could also be a Sauders Omega accessory- I can’t really tell from the photo. If so, give me a heads up and I’ll fix the title. Might be best to confirm which enlargers it is for.

Thanks for updating that. Saunders / LPL is correct and it’s for a Saunders / LPL 4550 XLG 4x5 enlarger. I actually have the original sales receipt for the one I have and on that it’s listed as Saunders. There is a similar one for the Saunders Omega enlargers but it’s a different design and won’t fit.

Saunders is/was a distributor in the USA, and a lot of the products they distributed there got re-branded with their name included.
Around the rest of the world, there would have been no "Saunders" in the name. In this case, LPL are the manufacturer, and the products are known as LPL around the world (except in the USA).

Makes sense. Thanks for clarifying. That’ll definitely help me in my search.

I'd reach out to Kevin Brown at KHB - he might know whether the Omega D5/6 accessory like that is also compatible - they look very similar.

Yea, I looked into it and pretty sure they're not cross compatible. The underside of the Saunders/LPL version is very different than the underside of the Omega version and thats where they connect to the enlarger itself. There is also a lip all the way around the Omega but on the LPL the is a lip on only three sides for proper fitment.

The Omega one does not work, btdt.
The primary problem is that the blades are too wide, especially in the back. I think modding one would be possible, I was all set to attempt that, and found the proper LPL one.
