The re-badging was very common. It;s surprising thatt the Sanderson bellows aren't as robust as some other Houghton cameras but then Houghton's was a wholesaler who owned or rather alamagamaed with smaller manufacturers and also had cameras made for them by Butcher well before they officially merged. Even buy the 1930's the sahre-holdings of Houghton Butcher still reflected the owners of the companies taht formed Houghton Ltd in 1904 and the later Butcher mergers.
