Interesting I had mine delivered about two weeks ago, or close to two weeks ago.
Yes all the photographs for his book were shot on a Sinar Norma and a 12 inch Commercial Ektar, according to the blurb on one of the pages.
The reproduction in my copy is excellent, however the type setting is not too flash. It appears that in an effort to pad out the article, an extra large type size is used, but the type size isn't consistent. One page seems to have about 14pt type with the following page running the type at about 16pt.
Disequilibrium, which is a word used by Sanders in the article, was a bit of an opener for me, I have always associated it with Cerebral Palsy. After checking with my dictionary though, I see it has a couple of other uses.
