We will be in San Diego some time in Feb and I want to do some surfing photography. This time around I want to do this in the morning so the subjects are front-lit. To save driving around, how dependable are the surf condition websites like Surfline.com? Also, since I've lived nearly all of my life about as far from an ocean as one can get in North America, do you have any tips on interpreting the reports? It seems the best photography conditions have been at Windansea, with the surfers concentrated closer to shore and the higher ground to shoot from. What about anywhere else that I may have missed?

Thanks in advance.
