Dear danzyc !!

As I told you, the Tetenal stuff is not as bad as sometimes reported. Use it within its limits, preferable one shot with fresh solutions (Did you remarked that all negatives have been developed for 3:15min, so it was either the first run, or one-shot!).
I would increase the blix time by 50%, this is stated in the manual not to be harmful (how even could it?)
There is no stabi included, take the E-6 Stabilization bath (Tetenal), that’s the “real stuff” containg formaldehyde.

It can't hurt to try it. Capacities are listed on the sheet. Your biggest worry is the developer going. If you're worried you can extend the Blix time, but as long as you use it fairly quickly (2-3 weeks) you should be good.
