This changing bag measures approx. 26” wide by 28” long. The sleeves are approx. 11 ½ “ in diameter. The sleeve elastic has lost some of its “spring”, but I would roll my shirt sleeves over these anyway to be doubly safe. The zipper works fine and there are no rips or tears in the bag.
