Hey guys, I am a relatively new RZ67 user (4 rolls of films). I own an RZ67Pro + 50 + 110 + 1.4 teleconverter.

I am experiencing problem yesterday with using the RZ. Normally I just need to cock the shutter once to fire the shutter (sometimes twice, or 3 times at the most).

Yesterday and, after some experiment, today, I found:

1. With the 50 lens on the body, I just need to cock the shutter once;

2. With 110 lens, sometimes 3-4 times, sometimes I can't cock it at all;

3. With the teleconverter on any lens, same problem as #2;

4. No lens on body - once like #1

Hmm... I am wondering whether it's a problem with the 110 lens and the 1.4 teleconverter...

Any advice will be appreciated before I take it to a camera repairer.

Thanks in advance.

Have you tried cocking the firing the lenses while unmounted?

Zane,
Erickson is suggesting that you check the lenses off the body.
If it's the same as the RB you can check the shutters by rotating the cocking lever until it catches & release the shutter by depressing protruding the buttons on the cocking ring & rotating it in the opposite direction.
It is possible that the cocking lever is either slightly worn or bent.
I have seen problems similar to this where slightly reforming(bending) or building up the wearing surface would correct the problem.
