Rz67 pro II mirror locked up

I just purchased an RZ 67 pro II body. I attached a back, the finder and a lens. When I tried to focus, I found that the mirror was locked up. I cannot advance the cocking lever and the lens will not detach from the body. I attempted to use a mirror lock up cable, but no luck.

Any hints. I can't send the body back as it has my lens on it.

Never mind. I am an idiot! I was so excited about testing the body that I forgot to install the battery.
