Ryuji Suzuki's DS-8

Does anybody have the formula for Ryuji Suzuki's DS-8 film developer?
I have misplaced the formula. I have some sketchy notes but, always
relied upon his excellent web pages...now, they're gone - at least as far as I can tell.
