Rust Colored Spot on Print

Can anyone let me know what might cause a small rust colored spot on a B&W print? I've never experienced anything like this before. Just pulled the print out of the print washer and it has a small rust colored dot on it about the size of a pinhead. I didn't notice it while printing at all, so I don't believe it was on the emulsion before printing.

Ilford PQ Universal Developer
Water Stop Bath
TF-5 Fixer

Any help is appreciated. Also, any ideas on how to get it out, if it's salvagable, are welcome.
