Running chart throb results in error

I'm trying to use the latest version of chart throb to print digital negative but can't get it to run. My trying to run it on a power pc mac running 10.5.8 and CS2. As instructed I put it in the scripts folder for CS2 and tried to run it from within CS2.

When I try to run chart throb as a script from CS2 in file->scripts->chart throb I get a pop window with the following error: error 8 syntax error line 38 -> #target photoshop.

I looked through the file I downloaded and found an email address of the maintainer and as of today haven't gotten a reply. Has anyone had this problem and found a solution to it?

Just remove the "#" from line 38 in a word processor, then save and run again. That's how I got mine fixed...
