rough white borders aound negatives....

lately i have been printing full 35mm frames and including a bit of the negatives edge to give a black border.

I have noticed there is a rough white line around the whole frame inside the black border, this is most noticeable on high contrast prints (theres one of mine in the gallery now) but it is on all frames on a roll and around the whole negative - anyone know what this is?
