You can't really change saturation and contrast in analog color prinitng. You can change to paper of higher or lower contrast if available, or you could change to film that is more (e.g., Ektar) or less (e.g., Portra 400) saturated. To my eye, your picture looks too cyan, maybe too yellow as well. remove about 10-15cc cyan and see what you get. It could be your processing as well. I've never used room temperature chemistry.
