Who published this? Sure would be nice to know that this document is preserved somehow. I made emulsions using ancient texts decades ago. Major pain to coat .
It looks like it was self published according to this page;
it says:

UTexas has a copy so if you are tight with a college librarian you could probably ILL it, then photocopy.
