I bought a 2 set for my Bay 1 cameras (Rolleiflex &cord, Microcord and Yashicamat) and found that ideally I need a Rolleinar 1 for the work I want to shoot.
That all depends on what you're trying to photograph. If you want to do macro shots of (small) flowers, a Rolleinar 2 is better. If you just want to get closer for portraits, then the 1 is more than adequate.
Hey guys.. thanks for the advice. I went with number two.. Based on the fact that I have a one for my T model. There has been time where I wished that I could of gotten closer to my subject, with Two I should be able too.
Both useful, although I think 1 is much more so. Partially because TLR's aren't very well suited to macro-- of course, if it is the only camera you have on you, it works!
I had no idea. I've never seen one to date, not that I would need to focus THAT close using my Rollei anyway. Something tells me the parallax correction at that steep an angle would be a doozy.
Someone over on Rangefinder Forum posted pics of one he has in the Rolleinar discussion thread in the TLR subforum. Otherwise I'd never have known about it either.
