I sold my Tele Rolleiflex just came across this accessory Its in Excellent Condition except no case ( can't locate it) its been wrapped up in the white foam for years.
Unit is in excellent condition.
This close up lens is made by Rollei for use on the Tele- Rolleiflex camera when attached to the camera it can flip open to allow the camera be in normal focus range of 6 ft to Infinity and flipped back in front of lens for close up focusing.

I just tried this on my Model F 80MM f 2.8 it fits does get you a little closer to the subject by about 6 inches or so
