Clean, overhauled. Lens is clean. Shutter, focus, wind working smoothly. New mirror, new Griptac skin. Plastic Rollei lens cap. Not mint by any means, but pretty darn clean paint and such. Hood works well, focus screen (Rollei Fresnel) is clean and in good, not perfect, condition. All in all I'd call it a clean, working user.
