Hi

I was wondering about flash synchronisation with a Rolleiflex T. Does this camera use a normal pc sync cable?

thanks

The short answer is yes. Some Rollei models do take a special version with a locking collar to prevent the plug from slipping out of the socket but the standard type works fine.

Yes. And, with strobe, be sure it is on "X" synch.
