You're really buying a great vintage Voigtlander Ultron 50mm f1.8 lens in QBM mount (fits Rollei SL series or Voigtlander VSL series), with a beater SL35E body thrown in. Glass is clean, with minor dust inside. It's sharp! Focus and aperture smooth. Example photo made with this body and lens provided.
The body basically works, and cosmetics are good, but there are several issues. The lens mount has a slight dent, so getting the lens on and off takes a lot of torque. The self timer and hot shoe don't work, although flash with a PC sync cord is fine. The light meter and electronic shutter do work, but speeds are all over the place. The shutter fires reliably on X (1/125s) and B, the mechanical speeds. Viewfinder is nice and clear. Consider it a parts or display body. Original eyecup, body cap and multilingual instruction manual included. No lens caps or case. Will ship in Canada for $25 Cdn. Will ship to US for $25 USD.
