Will the prism work on the 3.5F and the T? Anyone find it useful and worth the money?

The prism is handy with the pistol grip. I got the prism in the 1980s. I don't know how much they cost these days.

My Rollei prism has a little bit of separation which doesn't seem uncommon judging by auction listings I've seen.

I'm not a fan of the WLF so it's almost essential for me.

I have used prism with pistol grip since the late 1970s with my 2.8F. A pistol grip is an absolute necessity. Make sure it comes with cable release.

Yes, it fits the F and T models as well as Rolleicord Vb.
I like mine a lot and agree that you need the pistol grip with it.
Far as diopters go, one would probably have to get a local optician to make one.

Does anyone know of any other prisms for the Rollie? Or a currently adapter for Hassleblad finders to Rollie TLR?

I never liked the prism. Now being much older I find the prism much preferred. Why would you want to kludge a Hassie prism onto the Rollei?? And yes, almost all the prism have slight edge separation. Doesn't really affect viewing. Prism housing is aluminum and most have their share of dents. Again, doesn't affect the viewing.

Because I sold my Hassleblad a long time ago and was recently given a Rollie. I’ve picked up the pistol grip and now looking for a prism, probably thr HC-4.

I happily used a 45-degree prism on a Hasselblad when I worked as an industrial shooter, many years back.
Is there one of those that will work on a Rollei TLR?

There was, in the past, a German gentleman who made a very nice adapter that allowed a Hasselblad or Kiev prism to be used on the Rolleiflex and Rolleicord models with the detachable WLF.

No longer in production....

I have one. It works very well with a Hasselblad chimney finder also.

Do you remember the makers name?

I have it as a bookmark somewhere on a hard disc that I need to buy a caddy for.

Hopefully the Wayback Machine might have something.

It really did look well designed and made and there is a benchtop milling machine in my future so I'd love to see pictures.

Use a mamiya tlr grip, muuuuch better than the silly pistol grip
