Rolleiflex MX EVS service

Looking to have my Rolleiflex MX EVS serviced. Slow shutter speeds (>1/30th) are slow and sometimes hang, also the film advance I believe could be smoother so I would like to have it serviced also.

Harry Fleenor and Mark Hansen are backed up for several months and the email address I have for Karl Ehler (did an excellent job on my Rolleicord iii a couple of years ago) is no longer valid. Looking for recommendations for someone trusted that might have a faster turn around time.

Paul Ebel has a good reputation for shutters and Rolleis. You'd need to contact him to see what his turn around is these days.

Krikor Marelian is extremely good and has VERY fast turn around.

Harry is worth the wait. I've experienced the others then went to Harry to get it done right. Send to Harry and be patient.

Steve's Camera Repair in Culver City, CA is very good too. I have used Fleenor with great satisfaction but if you can't wait, Steve's gives u a valid option.

Harry just service my 3.5 MX-EVS, and I posted a 'test' shoot I did afterwards in the Architecture forum.

Camera is perfect. And the images are just as sharp and clear as those from my 2.8E w/ Planar or 2.8G. IMO you're essentially just paying for one more stop of speed.
