Hey guys,

ran into a problem with my Rollei case. The rotating catch device (lack of a better term) the little metal leaf doesn't swing out and catch on the camera. I looked at mechinisim and it's riveted together. Has anyone here had this problem? If so...How did you fix it?

I think I know what you are describing (I only used the case for storing the camera when not in use). The locking leaf may need to be bent a bit (flattened, I seem to recall).

Update..

Hey guys,
I took the plunge and drilled all the rivet out holding that strap capture piece and re-set it an re-revit it back into place. Worked perfectly. So if your case has an issue with this, feel confidant that it can be done.
