Hi;

I have a R'cord IV with a Bay 1 lens hood mount and am exploring options for telephoto and wider angle shooting. If anyone has used any of the tele or wide angle lens accessories made for this mount by Rollei, Yashica, etc and can comment on their experiences it would be appreciated.
Thanks

The add-on lenses are generally reckoned to be fairly poor quality. I don't know about Rollei's own offerings, apart from the fact that they are expensive...

The two I have for my Yashica certainly are (rubbish) :smile:

I literally have a boxfull of closeup and tele lenses for Yashica (someone clearing out an attic) plus some original Rollei closeup lenses. I find them awkward to use and the results vary from poor to average.

The tele and wide attachments are notoriously bad. On the other hand I have had a lot of success using the close up lenses.
