Rolleiflex Bay 2 filter adaptor..

Does anyone know where I can locate a Rollei Bay 2 to Kodak Series VI step-up adaptor? I have been searching around and can't find one. For that matter, I would also like to find a 39 to Series VI and 40.5 to series VI. I have been looking at eBay and have not found any. I know they must be out there. Thank you! Robbie
