I had one for my 3.5C that used 6x9 cm cut film. I think I tried to fit the 2x3 film but it was too big. I adapted one of my paper cutters to cut down 4x5 film to the size needed. The neat thing (in my opinion) about the cut film in the Rollei is that there is a area of unexposed film that you can write info after it is developed.

Not to dispute you, but it could depend on the size of the film sheath adapters. I have a 9x12 camera that can take 9x12 and 3.25 x 4.25 depending on the sheath I use.

Besides, isn't 6x9cm film larger than 2.25 x 3.25? I thought it was 2.5 x 3.5, but maybe I am remembering it incorrectly.

I tried to read the print on the kodak film sheath, but it's not clear enough in the photo.

Maybe the OP can clear this up!

You are correct, 6x9 is slightly larger than 2x3. On my back the 2x3 film would not fit under the frame that holds the film flat, it would just fall out. It has been a very long time since I used the Rollei cf back, the memory can get fuzzy.

I have 2 1/4 x 3 1/4 inch film for my baby graflex. I presume this fits in the back? How is the film to be flattened? Would this work on my 2.8E?

I am referencing 2 1/4 x 3 1/4 when I say 2x3. 2 1/4 x 3 1/4 is too small-- actually too short, the film must be 3 1/2" long, if the film is even a few millimeters too short the film can pop out from under the lips at the ends that hold the film in position. I have not seen any off the shelf 2 1/2 x 3 1/2/ 6x9 film for sale in the USA, maybe it is available in Europe?

I just looked my box HP5 states 2 1/4 x 3 1/4. thats what works in my grafmatics for a baby graflex and the normal film holders with one sheet at a time.

You would think that Ilford did not sell me an odd size.

It does write in the manual 2 1/2 and 3 1/2 cut film for this back.
