I have for sale Rolleiflex 3.5F in very good condition, with the superb Zeiss Planar lens. This one has serial number 2209027, making it a Type 1 from circa 1958-60.
This one shows signs of light use, with minimal wear marks. All leather is intact, the taking and viewing lenses are clean and free of any fungus, haze, cleaning marks or the like. There is one small indentation at the base of the hood, which you may see in one of the photos. In practice, it is only noticeable if you are looking for it, and I found that I didn't notice it in actual use. It has absolutely no effect on the function of the hood. I have run film through this camera recently, and all functions are in good shape. All shutter speeds sound good, with no hanging at the slower speeds. The self timer, focus mechanism, transport system and linkages with aperture, shutter speed and depth of field all work smoothly and properly. The light meter works and is reasonably accurate throughout its range. Film spacing was good on the recent film I shot. The viewing screen is a matte Rollei screen with gridlines with some wear but still very usable. While not as bright as a Maxwell, it is very usable all the way to the corners and pops in and out of focus very clearly.
Included in the sale though not pictured is a leather Rollei case with meter cover in very solid condition with just some scuffs to the leather. Also included are the original hinged lenscap, a Bay II lenshood, the light meter diffuser, and an aftermarket strap with the scissors clips.
All of this is $675 inclusive of shipping in the CONUSA. PayPal preferred, and I will cover the fees.
Thanks for looking.
