Hello,

Selling a very nice Rolleiflex 2.8E, the light meternworks and all the shutter speeds are accurate. This camera has a bright viewing screen and was previously serviced by Paul Ebel. It works great, there is no issues, lenses are in perfect shape. Selling because I now have a 2.8F. Asking 1075 Shipped with insurance

Is this one of the models that has a replaceable waist finder?
 
I remember that there were some odd small # of E's that were replaceable. You have a nice camera there. I presume no case.
 
I just sold one of those. I do have the case, forgot to photograph it
 
I already have too many Rollei's so not for me, but that's a beauty at a great price! Planar, CLA, case, shipped? Wow!

what kind of screen is it? when was the cla done? thanks
 
On Rollei TLRs that do not have the usual user replaceable screens, you can replace the focus screen by removing the WLF and undoing 2 spring clips on the bottom to remove the screen. I usually cut down the Mamiya screens for my Rolleicord, Rolleiflex and other TLR's.
 
of course i've done it many times. just wondering what brand/model of screen it is. i've even cut down rollei screens from F series, but the focus needs to be shimmed. so my question was getting at, who put the screen in, what brand is it, and was it CLA'd recently and has the focus been adjusted to account for the new screen, etc. the original post is not very specific. 'previously' cla'd could be anytime in the past and doesn't really mean anything.

Paul Ebel did it two years ago? I tried to reach him awhile back for Rolleiflex work and got no answer. Do you have his current contact information?
