Rolleiflex 2.8 E film counter problem

Hello apug,

I recently got a Rolleiflex 2.8 E from a friend, whose film counter works when the camera is open, but remains on 0 when the camera is closed with film. Any ideas? It was recently fixed from a problem with the shutter, which now works ok, but it would be very frustraiting if I had to take it back to be repaired.
