Rolleiflex 2.8/3.5F & Pocketwizards with off camera flash, will it work?

Now that I am getting used to using the TLRs, I want to try some indoor flash photography in manual mode. I have several Pocketwizards that I can connect via the PC sync to the TLR and 3 older but lightly or never used Nikon SB-16 flashes. Will the PW connected to the Rollei trigger the off camera flashes? I've used this set up successfully when I used a Leica SL as my camera and Alien Bees strobes as my lights. My flash meter would be an older Seikonic 358 with the Pocketwizard module for remote triggering to take readings.

Pocket Wizard connected to Large Format shutter PC connector (it works) is no different than Pocket Wizard connected to 135 format shutter PC connector (it works) is no different than Pocket Wizard connected to 120 format shutter PC connector

Of course, TTL-controlled remote+flash has to be taken out of TTL mode, and fired in Manual power mode, or with Autoflash-photosensor-controlled exposure automation, since any extra pins used in hotfoot/shoe contacts will get no signals.

It should work fine. I think the SB-16 has a PC socket that you can plug the cord from the pocket wizard into. Otherwise you may need a hot-shoe to PC adapter.
You will want to make sure the Rollei is set for X sync.

And if you haven't run any film yet, you can test if the flash sync is working by looking through the back of the lens while firing the shutter/flashes. You should see the bright spot of the flash if all is good. Hard to know what the shutter has been through and I've seen sync connections left unconnected, etc. outside of the shutter and not set up internally to the shutter.

DO NOT point any of the flashes at the camera/lens! Just look at a wall with the flash going off away from the camera.

Thank you all for the confirmation. Also, setting the camera to X sync and looking through the lens to confirm flash are great recommendations!
