Has anyone recently had their rollei twin lens serviced in Canada.... any suggestions for a service depot?
The lens seems out of alignment.

Rob. I haven't had Gary service a Rollei, but send him an email....he's done some amazing work for me and others.... lensmedicyyc.com

While I didn't had a Rollei in service with them (but a Minolta SRT and a Pentax 645): Another vote for Service Caméra Pro.

Are his prices reasonable? How's his turnaround time? I need the shutter in my Rolleicord looked at... speeds slower than 1/30th not reliable. Thanks!

The Pentax 645 was $275+tax 2 years ago done by Rene, the Minolta SRT last year was $175+tax and done by his colleague Normand. This one arrived back with a minor issue, which they fixed fast. And some other work, not full CLA on an Agfa Ambi Silette was $125+tax, by Rene.
I have the feeling Rene is doing the more complex or rare models, but not sure. With him it took about 2 months, Normand faster (shipped these two last year together).

They are open only Tuesday to Thursday. Call before you ship to them.

Factory Camera in Vancouver did a CLA on my MX-EVS. 2 month turn around. Very reasonable rates. Great guy to deal with.

Factory Camera appears to be new to the Vancouver market. Thank you for sharing your experience.

I've sent it to Quebec. I'll let you know how it goes.
