When I traded in my Mamiya C330 with the 65mm, 80mm and 250mm lens will every accessory for it in the known world, I was looking for a set up just like this. This is a great ensemble!

Hello hello - may I ask, has this body had a CLA or checkover? I'm not to worried as I recognize you from a long time posting here but wanted to ask.
Also wanted to ask if you're open to trades with a Mamiya 6? Again, no worries if not but wanted to ask that too

Thanks!

Hi Colin,
The SL66 hasn't had a CLA but is in excellent working condition. I just ran a roll of film thru it and
everything is functioning fine. I will contact you via PM

First four photos taken with SL66 and 80mm f/2.8 Planar lens
The last two photos were taken with the 150mm f/4 Sonnar lens
The Fresnel focus screen replacement worked great, bright image easier to focus than the original
Used about 3 to 4 degrees of downward tilt to bring the foreground into focus
Focus was smooth, film was easy to load and the shutter speeds spot on.
The mirror in this SL66 is well dampened and you can hand hold it.

If I can sell my Horseman Woody 45, and you have not sold the SL66, I will be all over it.
Benn wanting the SL66 for some time.

Even though I have had a Hasselblad kit for years, I got an SL66 last year too. I find the SL66 a lot more fun to use (although I’d never sell my Hassy to be clear).

Beautiful kit. GLWS.

As mentioned the SL66 has the unique ability of being able to tilt the lens up or down by 8 degrees.
This makes it possible to enlarge the depth of field without using a smaller diaphragm. Good for table top,
architecture and landscape use. You can adjust the degree of tilt needed in the screen, but a simpler way to
work is to pre-tilt the lens 3 to 4 degrees and focus the scene accordingly. Each photographer's method of working
with this will tilt feature will be different however. The pre-tilt worked well for me for landscapes.
