Rollei SL66 Sheimpflug Cards - PDF copies ?

Can anyone who owns these cards share a pdf of each ? Just wanted to see them in "normal" view for evaluation, before I spend any money on originals.

And what is the actual size of them ?

I have these. When you get your SL66, give me a "ring". I will try and make a digital copy.

As "luck" would have it I have a small kit coming with 80 and 50 lens + a Copal 0 mounting plate, which was a surprise item I did not know was made for for SL66, lots of ideas to play with LF lenses.
