Hi Marek,
on the "side arm" there are factors printed for the most usual lenses. > means lens in normal, < means retro-position. Then just compensate your exposure with the factors given. There is a scale from 10-50 for the extension in millimeters. From one point on (different for each lens), this number is followed by the compensation factor, which is underlined.
Unfortunately I do not have my camera at hand now, but it should be eg. 0,5 for the 80mm lens at 20mm extension and so on.
Then compensate the exposure: 0,5 is half an f-stop, 1 is a full f-stop and so on...
