Hi

I shot some Rollei RPX ISO100 medium format film for the first time this week and am looking at home development. Is there a specific developer or technique different to more regular black and white film for this film? I have some Ilford Ilfotec DD-X developer which I may use (depending on the response I get on the other thread about its shelf life : (there was a url link here which no longer exists)) but but folk often refer to using Rodinal etc.

The film I used is https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1062232-REG/rollei_agfa_811001_rollei_rpx_100_120.html

Any advice welcomed!

Thanks

I have developed lots of RPX 100 in Rodinal, D76 and Atomal 49. My favorite is Atomal which gives a particularly pleasant (to me) tonal graduation, next is possibly D76 but nowadays I just use Rodinal for the convenience.

Have you ever developed it with Ilford Ilfotec DD-X though? DD-X is supposed to be a very good all rounder but I was curious if this developer had any bad impacts on the Rollei RPX film.
