Has anyone tried the new Rollei Retro 100 and 400 films?

Of course we've all heard that they are repackaged Agfa APX 100 and 400 films.

What I am curious about is, do they mean that they are simply APX films under a different name? The characteristic curves etc. for both films look stunningly similar, but does one have to use Rollei's proprietary developer to achieve those results, or can one just use Rodinal, and treat the film entirely as APX?

what i read from the maco website is that is is the last batch from the agfa factory they bought and packed as retro film. So when this batch is solded, there is no longer retro available. I use acros film now, because recalibrating now or in 2 years i prefer now with film that wil exist longer......

What is your question? Repackaged APX films is repackaged APX film. It is Agfa APX film with a different label, so why would you treat it differently?
