Rollei Retro 400 Exactly Same as Agfa APX400?

I bought a box of the Retro 400 (120) in Austria. Is it true that this is really APX400? Can I just use the dev times for Rodinal (or even FX39)? I realise I can dev a test roll, but would like a starting point. Thanks.

Rollei Retro 100/400 are made of the last production runs of Agfa Photo in 2005. With Rodinal we found no differences between the APX (new) emulsions and their Rollei Retro version.

Rollei informed us that the 35mm and 120 roll films are all from the same batches APX (Master rolls).

As an update, I just processed this roll of Retro 400 in FX39 (1:9) for 13 minutes, as per recommendations for APX 400 and my now-drying film looks absolutely fine, so thanks again.

Its also been said Efke 400 is also Agfa 400+/S which is the same as Retro 400.

It must be a different film base from APX because it has the most annoying curl I've seen. The curl is not in the direction of the natural roll, but rather from one side to the other, so that when hanging to dry it starts to form one long cylinder. Also this film is extremely susceptible to pin holes from acid stop bath.
