I just picked up one of these and got it working. It has the heidosmat 150mm 2.8 lens. It seems fine though the lens is a bit long for my rooms and wish I had something a bit wider. I see they made a 110mm f2.8- does anyone know how the image quality compares to the 150mm?
The 150mm has a bit of coma (I am projecting astro photos so this is important), but not terrible. I certainly don't want worse than that. I also read googling various sources someone recommended a 150mm schneider xenotar lens. It is pretty pricey and the same stats as the heidosmat but I wonder how much better it is... hard to justify spending $400 on one though
