Hi, I picked up a Rollei Magic (Original) the other day, it was only £5 ($10) but i have one problem. The meter is missing, and, for some reason, so is the shutter release.
Would it be possible for me to find a replacement shutter release? And, i saw an article about using a silicon photocell instead of the original Selenium cell on an Olympus Eye. Would a similar approach be useful on the Magic?
It's a beautiful camera, it's got so much more weight than my Lubitel II and a full focusing screen.
And for one last question, is the 6x4.5 mask actually 6x4.5 or 5.5x4.5, and does it extend the roll to 16 exposures?
